Education and Training

International Job Search Workshops

Our international job search training is dedicated to the discussion of general employment markets ranging from low-medium salaried positions to the very highest paid jobs.  Our training focuses on the following topics:  Job Search Resources, Employment Trends, Professional Resources, Financial Considerations, Work Permits/Visas, Resumes/CVs, Interview Tips, Cultural Advice

Intercultural Workshops

Our intercultural workshops take a deeper look at cultural diversity issues and build your staff’s capacity for successful interaction with employees, clients, and partners worldwide. These workshops instill an understanding of what defines culture, how it impacts your organization, and how to leverage it fully to continue building successful relationships. Our programs are easily adapted to meet your organization’s specific situation, specific locations, and specific areas of focus.

Global Business Briefings

Our Global Business Briefings are practical orientations that specifically target the regions and/or countries in which your organization operates. With a tight focus, these workshops give expatriates the information needed to understand business norms, cultural attitudes, and general behaviors in the target culture, all within 3-6 hours.

Occupational and Skills Training

Our mission is to assist individuals in acquiring the necessary vocational skills needed to enter the occupation of your choice. Individuals will be prepared for at least entry-level employment depending on experience, past work experience, and previous training. Many of the individuals with whom we work will be seeking training for his/her first job. Skill acquisition is critical to successful employment, and our experienced staff can provide future expatriates with the supports needed in order to successfully enter the competitive job market.

International Work Permit and Visa Education

Employers will need to feel confident that there is a good reason to employ the individual rather than someone from the resident job market.  They also prefer to know that if they offer job seekers an opportunity that they will be able to obtain a work visa or work permit. To help jobseekers in such a situation, we educate on the process and can offer assessment certificates.
