Rebecca has more than 10 years of experience in managing international career education programs. A former university lecturer, she is passionate about  international education, career development and marketing communication. She has provided career advising services for over 1,000 clients and placed top-ranked university students across different industries in Hong Kong, London, Australia, and Germany. 

Previously she served as Director in an Education Exchange MNC, directing their Hong Kong’s office operations & compliance, and supporting business expansion into Australia.  Organizations and institutions she had worked and collaborated with included University of HK,  HK Baptist University, HK Productivity Council, HK Trade Development Council, PwC,  KPMG & Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Rebecca is the Global Career Development Facilitator (CCE, USA) and Certified Career Services Provider (NCDA, USA) . She is also the founder of FIA Friede International Academy which aims to provide global career education and connect young professionals to the world.
