Fallon Wagner

Fallon is an education consultant with more than 10 years of experience in international education, internships and student exchange. Originally from Minnesota, her passion for international education started with an exchange program to France when she was in elementary school. This has led to a lifelong pursuit in international education as well as work experience while living in countries such as Argentina, Costa Rica, and Spain. 
 

As a founding team member of Global Career Center (GCC), Fallon serves as the Director of Global Internships and Career Development where she collaborates with university partners, companies and students worldwide to create customized experiential education programs. Her specialties include program development & management, budgeting, experiential learning, career coaching, university relations, professional development, and conference coordinating.

In 2015, Fallon joined the Academic Internship Council (AIC) within the CIEE family as a Program Coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks to eventually open their Southern California office as Program Director. During her time with AIC, she worked with 30+ universities both domestically and internationally providing 1000+ students with experiential learning programs. 

She holds a master’s degree in International Education from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Communications from the Honors College at College of Charleston.
